We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or usage reasons. These include:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable or fragile items

  • Clearance or final sale products

NestoraHive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective or not working

  • Incorrect item delivered

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  4. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping

Important Notes:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment method
